This inspection modification was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A non mandated monitoring inspection was initiated on 7/29/2020 and concluded on 7/31/2020. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The inspector reviewed four additional classrooms that are housed in the same building as the licensed program. The request for 33 additional children to be added to the capacity. The modification request is also for increased age range to 12 years.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
