Comments:
An on-site monitoring visit was conducted. Seven children were present with two caregivers for sixteen points which is within ratios for supervision. Children were observed in circle time, free play and reading. The home has dedicated space for play, rest time and an infant space. Lunch was rice and beans, mixed vegetables, strawberries and milk. No medication was reported to be on-site. Emergency preparation and trainings is up to date. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
