A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on Wednesday, November 23, 2021 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspector arrived at 11:37am and concluded the inspection at approximately 3:20pm. The center's director was present and assisted the inspector throughout the inspection. The census for today's inspection consisted of 89 children in the direct care of 17 staff members. Additional staff were on site and available to the children in care. A total of five child records and four staff records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
