An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 01/28/2020 from 1:10 pm to 2:05 pm in conjunction with a local agency in response to a complaint received by the Valley Licensing Office on 01/28/2020 and additional interviews were conducted on 02/21/2020. Five interviews were conducted with the staff, one child record, one staff record, and attendance sheets were reviewed. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid."
