An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 09/10/19 in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing office on 9/3/19 regarding alleged noncompliance in the area of staffing and supervision. Upon arrival to the facility, there were 96 children present with 16 staff members. The children were observed in age appropriate activities, eating lunch, hand washing and diapering. Based on the information gathered, there was not sufficient evidence to support the allegations, so complaint is found to be not valid. Thank you for your time during today's inspection.
