An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 11/26/2019 in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing office on 11/11/2019 regarding alleged noncompliance in the areas of supervision. Upon arrival to the facility, there were 77 children present with 16 staff members. The children were observed participating in age appropriate activities, outdoor play. A sample of 7 children's records and 7 staff records were reviewed. The licensing inspector toured the facility and reviewed supervision, emergency supplies, practice drills, nutrition, physical plant, required postings, and administration.Based on the information gathered, there was not sufficient evidence to support the allegations, so complaint is found to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
