Discussion that there has been a reassignment and the center's new Licensing Inspector is Charlie Perkins. The current license is set to expire on 11/22/2023. Please submit a CDC Renewal Application through our online portal by that time.

The following unannounced complaint inspection took place on 08/04/2023, between the hours of 9:30 am through 10:30 am, on site at the child day center located in Alexandria, Virginia. Based on all available evidence, the following are the findings for those areas of the standard that were in review:
