Comments:
An announced staff record review inspection was conducted on 05/15/2024. A total of 5 staff records were reviewed. The inspector arrived at 9:00 am and departed at 10:55 am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable subsidy vendor requirements and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the provider.
Based on record review, the vendor failed to ensure that all staff who work directly with children shall have a current certification in CPR within 90 days of employment.
Evidence: 1. The record for Staff 1 contained a documented hire date of 10/09/2023. Staff 1 does not have a current certification in CPR. 2. The record for Staff 5 contained a documented hire date of 09/18/2023. Staff 5 does not have a current certification in CPR.
