An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between approximately 8:45am and 9:40am. 5 children (13pts) were present with the Provider. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, Provider/household member records, 3 children's records, attendance, evacuation drills, the Emergency Preparedness Plan, emergency supplies and training certificates were reviewed. The Provider exceeds licensing requirements with required annual training hours. 2 cribs were also inspected and in compliance. No medications were on site. Children were observed interacting with the Provider in small group activities, counting and reading during story time. Age appropriate materials and activities were available to the children.
