A monitoring inspection was conducted on 06/06/2023 from approximately 10:15 a.m. ? 11:30 a.m. There were 8 children present ranging in ages from age 4-8 years old. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, qualifications and training, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. A total of 5 child records, 1 caregiver record, and 2 household members were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined a violation with applicable standards. Based on record review the provider failed to ensure that before a child may attend the family day home, the provider shall obtain documentation that the child has been adequately immunized. Evidence: C2 began attending the family day home 05/31/2022 and the immunizations were received on 06/01/2023.
