An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted from 9:45am to 1:00pm in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 09/18/2019 and 09/23/2019. The center' s video recordings were reviewed, interviews were conducted with staff and documents were reviewed. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
