An unannounced Complaint Inspection was conducted 10/30/2019 in cooperation with a representative of Spotsylvania Child Protective Services, in response to a complaint that was received by the Virginia Department of Social Services, Licensing Division. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to allegations of inappropriate contact. Based upon a preponderance of evidence, the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, and the complaint is determined to be not valid.
