8/30/23 Arrived1:15pm Departed 2:10pm An unannounced Code compliance inspection was conducted today. There were seven children in care with two staff. Two child records, and two staff records, were reviewed. Thank you for your cooperation. Please contact me if I may be of service.
Based on the review of two children's files, the facility failed to ensure that immunization records are on file before the child attends the program. Evidence: 1. There are no immunization records on file for child #1 and 2.
