An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 10/23/2019 in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing office on 10/14/2019 regarding alleged noncompliance in the area of behavioral guidance. The licensing inspector toured the facility, viewed video and reviewed supervision, staff and children records and administration. Based on the information gathered, there was not sufficient evidence to support the allegations, so complaint is found to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
