The licensing inspector initiated an inspection on 2/23/22 and concluded on 4/26/22 in response to a self-reported incident received by the department on 2/23/22 for allegations regarding supervision. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid."
