The inspector conducted an unannounced mandated inspection from 10:50 a.m. until 12:20 p.m. There were 19 children in care with three staff present at all times. Children were observed walking outside to the playground, playing at the playground, hand washing, sanitizing tables, lunch, and getting ready for nap. Five children's records were reviewed.
