This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including phone contacts, and documents review.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/01/2021 and concluded on 11/10/2021. The director was contacted by phone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 14 preschool age children present with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records and two staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
