An unannounced renewal monitoring inspection was conducted from 1:45pm to 2:30pm. At the time of inspector's arrival there was one child in care. A tour of the home and back yard were taken to look for any potential safety issues. Inspector completed the Voluntary Registration Health and Safety Checklist with the provider. The records sample size consisted of 4 children's records and 1 provider record and 2 household member's records. No violations were cited during this inspection.
