A renewal inspection was conducted on April 29, 2022. There were 68 children present directly supervised by 10 staff. The children were observed in individual play, center activities, music, and outdoor play.
Limited monitoring of child care requirements occurred during today?s visit. Licensing inspector monitored supervision of children, physical plant, staff/child ratios, adequate and approved space, programming, and nutrition.
The inspector reviewed on 5 child?s record and 8 staff records.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on staff record review, the center did not obtain documentation of criminal history records prior to the 1st day of employment for staff. Evidence: Staff #5 (date of hire 1/25/2022) had criminal history records dated 2/3/2022.

The first week of the staff #5 employment was a training period held online. The history of criminal records was obtained on 2/3/2022 prior to the first day of the in-person work.
