A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 7/29/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on 7/29/19. There were 180 children in care. Ten children?s records and ten staff records were reviewed. There were five medications observed. The inspector arrived at the center at 8:30 am and departed at 12:45 pm. The children were observed during breakfast, during free play times in the classroom, during story time, during outside times, during lunch, during gym time, and during nap.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
