An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 5/17/2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office regarding operational responsibilities. Interviews were conducted and observations were made relating to the allegations. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
