Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/17/2023 from 10 am to 1 pm. There were 84 children in care, ages 3 years to 7 years under the care of 11 caregiving staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records, along with other program records. Medications were reviewed and classroom observations were done. The children were observed playing inside and outside, having lunch and having naps.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
