An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the center director and center staff on November 8, 2019 to determine compliance with the licensing standards. There were 8 children present, ranging in age from 2 years to 5 years with two staff actively supervising. The children were laying down for rest. Lunch served today: macaroni and cheese , broccoli, apple sauce, bread, and milk.
Five children's files were reviewed and are in compliance. There are no new staff. There are no medications on site today; two staff are current in Medication Administration Training. The last health inspection was conducted 10/21/2019. The last fire inspection was conducted 11/7/2018. Evacuation drills have been conducted monthly; the last shelter in place drill was conducted 9/5/2019.
