An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on 2/27/2020. There were 21 children present in three groupings from ages two years through five years with five staff directly supervising. The director was present for the inspection also. Information for seven staff were reviewed.
The inspector arrived at the center at 11:00 am and departed 12:15 pm.
