This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A renewal inspection was initiated on June 11, 2020 and concluded on June 11, 2020. The in-charge person was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were no children present as the program has been closed but the inspector was able to view a list of items virtually required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed children?s records and staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. The physically plant was already setting up physical spacing for when the program re opens but in the meantime staff were working from home by sending activities to families via zoom or email.
