An unannounced inspection was completed on October 11, 2019 from approximately 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in response to a complaint received on September 18, 2019 regarding forbidden actions, nutrition and food services, and supervision of children. The investigation was initiated and completed on October 11, 2019. Staff, children, classrooms and the kitchen were observed and staff were interviewed pertinent to the complaint. The director/owner was available for the inspection and a program leader was present for the exit interview at which time the inspection findings were reviewed and an Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left with the licensee. The complaint is determined to be not valid.
