Comments:
A subsidy inspection was conducted on 12/18/2023. A code inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.

Based on review of staff records, the vendor failed to ensure that at least one staff person on duty who has obtained within the past three years instruction in performing a daily heath observation of children.
Evidence:
All staff had Daily Health Observation training was documented completed 2017. The training is required to be renewed every three years.
Plan of Correction:
The staff will complete a training and will make sure that it is renewed every three years.
