Technical Assistance:
A discussion was held on the renewal process, application was received in office last week.
Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:30am-11:00am. There were 10 children (27 points) supervised by 3 direct caregivers. The home, staff records, children?s records, household member?s records, evacuation drills, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing outside, and circle time. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. Based on interview with provider, menu posted is not updated with what is being served for lunch today. Evidence: Provider stated lunch will be macaroni and cheese, listed on menu is rice and chicken.
