This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, documentation review, and interview.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 10/5/21 and concluded on 10/12/21. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were no children present, as the provider reported that no children are currently enrolled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The inspector reviewed the provider's record and the health and safety checklist. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable laws. No violations were issued.
