A subsidy inspection was conducted on 11/16/2023. A code compliance inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined violations with applicable standards or law. .
Based on record review of annual training, the vendor failed to ensure that the required 16 hours were obtained.

Based on interviews and observation, the vendor did not ensure that during transportation of children the Virginia state statutes for safety belts and child restraints are followed as required by 46.2-1095 through 46.2-1100 of the Code of Virginia.
