This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 6/23/2020 and concluded on 6/29/2020. The person in-charge was contacted by telephone and then by email to initiate the inspection. There were two children present with one provider. The inspector emailed the person in-charge a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed two children's records, three caregiver records and one household member record submitted by the provider to ensure documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations were applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The licensing inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
