Comments:
A complaint inspection was conducted with the director. The complaint was not valid regarding a staff member giving medications to a child with a expired MAT training certification. The complaint was valid regarding a staff member working at the site without a current finger print check. The inspection time was 10:00 am-12:30 am if you have any questions about this inspection please call 540-272-9214 or email lori.hancock@dss.virginia.gov.
Based on review of one staff's files, The center allowed a staff to work in the building without the required finger prints back ground checks. Evidence Staff A was working in the building on 11/11/19 and the date on the the finger print check was 11/13/19
Plan of Correction:
Additional administrators have been hired. One administrator will be responsible for monitoring preventative measures to ensure compliance. Background check was completed on 11/13/19
