An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted from 11:30am to 1:00pm on 3/21/24 with the Directors in response to a complaint received in the licensing office regarding an allegation related to supervision. Based on a review of documentation and interviews conducted, the allegation regarding supervision was unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence.
