On January 24, 2020 the Department received a complaint regarding a parent?s access to a child?s record and provided required information. An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on Thursday, February 20, 2020. The licensing inspector was on site from approximately 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM. During the inspection, the licensing inspector reviewed documentation and interviewed staff. The preponderance of the evidence did not support the allegation, therefore the complaint was determined to be not valid.
