A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 03/11/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 2pm-3:40pm. There were 49 children in the direct care and supervision of 10 staff. A sample of 5 children?s records and 10 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed during dismissal, eating snack, during transition, and washing hands. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the lead teacher. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
