An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 02:05pm- 03:30pm. There were 23 children directly supervised by 4 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing quietly and preparing to complete a Father's day craft. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
