Comments:
A renewal inspection was conducted on 10/12/23 from 2:00pm to 3:00pm. There were 4 children (12 points) present, with 2 caregivers supervising. The children were observed playing with a variety of indoor toys. There were no children with medications or allergies on site. 2 children's records, 2 caregiver's records and 2 household member's records were reviewed. Attendance, emergency drill records and pet vaccinations. Areas of non compliance are listed in the violation notice. Based on records review, emergency evacuation procedures were not practiced monthly. Evidence: The emergency evacuation drills log showed that a fire drill was not completed for September 2023.
Plan of Correction:
Evacuation drills will be completed monthly.
