An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 02/05/2020 from 9:35 am - 10:45 am. A monitoring inspection was concurrently conducted as this provider operates a licensed family day home. At the time of entrance there were there children in care with the provider. The ages of the children counted for a total of 12 points. Children were observed playing in the child care room, eating snack and playing outside. Two diaper changes reviewed.
Records were reviewed for three children in addition to the provider and one household member.
