Discussed with center Director short term/long term medication authorizations.
Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:15pm-2:20pm. There were 55 children (infants-5yrs.) directly supervised by 10 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed being fed and napping. Hand washing procedures were also observed. There was an adequate supply of materials for the children. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the Violation Notice. Based on record review, the center did not maintain all required information for each child.
Evidence: Child#2's record is missing the address for 1 of 2 emergency contacts required by the standards.

Based on record review, the center did not have documentation of a current annual fire inspection.
Evidence: The fire permit available on-site expired on 5/1/2019.
