Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 2:25pm-3:35pm There were 6 children in the direct care and supervision of 2 caregivers. A sample of 3 children?s records, 2 caregiver's records, and 3 household member's records were reviewed. The children were observed washing hands, napping, playing with toys, learning their colors in Spanish and reading with the Provider. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Based on record review, the provider did not annually review with the parent the emergency contact information to ensure the information is correct.
