Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/27/2024 from 10:15 to 11:20. The provider had 11 children in care with 3 caregivers, including the provider, A total of 25 points. The children were playing outside at the beginning of the inspection, riding bikes, sliding and climbing and building with blocks. Circle time, singing, diaper changing and transitioning to playing inside was also observed. During the inspection 3 caregiver records and 5 children's records were reviewed. A Violation notice was given to the provider along with this inspection summary. Based on the review of the providers paperwork, the provider failed to keep a written record of attendance for one day. Evidence: Attendance for Monday 2/26/24 was not recorded.
