1. Reviewed COVID-19 health and safety guidance, and additional safety measures the center is implementing.
2. Recommend enrollment paperwork for children transferring from other centers owned and operated by the same company to edit and initial agreements and permissions, as needed.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternative remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An on-site inspection of the center was not conducted at this time however, a portion of the inspection included a virtual component which allowed the inspector to observe areas of the center.
A unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated by phone on 12/11/20. There were 36 children + 10 staff present. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed 2 child records, 2 staff records, and other records to ensure documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were no non-compliances with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
