A Subsidy Health and safety inspection was conducted to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 11:20 and ended at 1:50. There were 42 children in care with staff supervising at all times. The children were observed playing, during a diaper change, washing hands, eating lunch, and during rest time . Five staff records and six children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
