The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection on 12/11/2019 from 9:41am to 1:05pm. The children were observed learning through play in centers, participating in gross motor activities, reading and singing. The infants were observed having floor play and napping in cribs. A formal observation was completed with the Older Infants and Jr. K classrooms. The lunch menu was posted. Interviews were held with staff throughout the inspection, and the inspector interacted with children in each classroom when appropriate. All classrooms and playgrounds were inspected today, as well as the center's mini buses.
Five children?s records and six employee records were reviewed during this inspection. Medication is being administered and was reviewed. Ten injury reports were reviewed.
The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected.

The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections. There were no repeat violations found during today?s inspection.

Jr. K (Threes and Fours) ? 20:2
