A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 12/11/2019 from 9:41am to 1:05pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The children were observed learning through play in centers, participating in gross motor activities, reading and singing. The infants were observed having floor play and napping in cribs. A formal observation was completed with the Older Infants and Jr. K classrooms. The lunch menu was posted. Interviews were held with staff throughout the inspection, and the inspector interacted with children in each classroom when appropriate. All classrooms and playgrounds were inspected today, as well as the center's mini buses.
Five children?s records and six employee records were reviewed during this inspection. Medication is being administered and was reviewed. Ten injury reports were reviewed.
The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected.

Last health inspection: 04/16/2019
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
Today, the following child to staff ratios were observed:
Infants #1 ? 7:2
Infants #2 ? 8:2
Toddlers ? 8:2
Twos ? 8:1
Jr. K (Threes and Fours) ? 20:2
