A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 9/14/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:15am-10:10am. There were 4 children (10 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 1 staff record, 4 children?s records, 1 household member?s record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed singing, practicing letters, shapes and colors, reciting the Pledge of Allegiance and working with clay during art class. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized.Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
