Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/11/23 from 11:05 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. with the provider. There was one, three-year-old, child in care for a total of two points. The child was observed watching an educational program, reading a book and practicing letter identification with the provider. Five child records and the provider?s records were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The first aid kit, flashlight, weather band radio, and fire extinguisher were observed. The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed. Based on observation and interview with the provider, the provider did not have documentation of a menu for the current week.
Evidence: The menu for the current week was not posted or in an area accessible to parents and an interview with the provider revealed the menu for the current week was not created yet.

The menu was created on 9/11/23 and posted in the afternoon.
