An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 16, 2019 with center staff to determine compliance with licensing standards. There were 15 preschool children present with two staff. Due to inclement weather, the children were having indoor recess which included coloring, painting, blocks, and dramatic play. The last fire inspection was conducted 2/5/2019. The last health inspection was conducted 7/09/2019. Evacuation drills have been conducted monthly; the last shelter in place drill was conducted 3/19/2019. Three medications for two children were reviewed and are in compliance. Two staff are certified in Medication Administration Training. Five children's files and two staff files were reviewed and are in compliance.
