A monitoring inspection was conducted to investigate a self-reported incident regarding behavioral guidance. This investigation was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. The investigation was initiated on September 17, 2020. Interviews were conducted on September 18, 2020 and September 21, 2020. One staff record, one child?s record, and documentation and video recordings were reviewed. There were no violations were issued as a result of this inspection due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations.
