A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of supervision and operational responsibilities. A complaint inspection was initiated on February 4, 2022 with the local agency. Staff interviews were conducted. Documentation was reviewed including staff records. The infant classroom was observed.
The information gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of supervision and operational responsibilities and the complaint was determined not valid.
